The company operates through five segments: Intermodal (JBI), Dedicated Contract Services (DCS), Integrated Capacity Solutions (ICS), Final Mile Services (FMS) and Truckload (JBT). JBI segment includes freight that is transported by rail over at least some portion of the movement and also includes certain repositioning truck freight moved by JBI equipment or third-party carriers. DCS segment focuses on private fleet conversion and creation of replenishment and specialized equipment. ICS segment provides non-asset and asset-light transportation solutions to customers through relationships with third-party carriers and integration with Company-owned equipment.
