The firm operates the high-grade Zgounder Silver Mine and is exploring its properties along the prospective South-Atlas Fault. The Zgounder Silver Mine is an underground silver mine located approximately 260 kilometers (km) east of Agadir in Morocco. The Zgounder mining permit covers over 16 square kilometers (km2). The company owns 100% of Zgounder Millennium Silver Mine S.A (ZMSM), which owns the Zgounder property. The firm also owns 85% of the Boumadine polymetallic project and owns the permits related to the Azegour, Zgounder Regional, Tirzzit and Imiter bis properties. All of these properties are located in the Kingdom of Morocco. The Azegour mine is located at an altitude of 1,525 meters on the northern side of the Western High Atlas Mountains, 80 kilometers south-southwest (SSW) of Marrakech, Morocco.
