These Terms and Conditions for Promo Code (the “Terms”) govern the provision of services by Cusp Wealth Ltd (“Cusp Wealth”, “CUSP”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“you”, “your”, “User”, “Client”). The Terms define the core aspects of our Promo Code system, including, but not limited to, your eligibility, the redemption process, and the conditions for receiving the promotional bonus offered through various marketing channels (such as influencers, affiliates, referral partners, strategic partnerships, or other authorised promotional initiatives).
Cusp Wealth Ltd is a company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (“DIFC”), holds commercial license number 10863, with its registered office at Gate District 04, Level 06, Office 17, DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Cusp Wealth Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (“DFSA”) pursuant to a Category 4 License, inclusive of Retail Client and Islamic Endorsements.
These Promo Code Terms (“Terms”), together with the General Terms and Conditions of Cusp Wealth (as amended from time to time and available at https://cuspwealth.com/terms-and-conditions, form part of the overall contractual relationship between you and Cusp Wealth and, collectively, constitute the legally binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between you and Cusp Wealth.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and constitutes a client agreement for the purposes of the DFSA Rulebook. Your use or redemption of the Promo Code signifies your acceptance of these Promo Code Terms and the Agreement in their entirety.
Definitions
Authorised Partner: Any third party approved by Cusp Wealth to promote the App and distribute Promo Codes in compliance with DFSA rules and a written agreement.
Cusp Wealth App: is our wealthtech platform that offers online financial services, including but not limited to the regulated activities of Arranging Deals in Investments and Advising on Financial Products. Through its mobile application, Cusp Wealth Ltd facilitates access for retail investors to a range of asset classes, enabling them to make informed investment decisions in a safeguarded and compliant digital environment.
Promo Code: a unique code issued by Cusp Wealth (or on its behalf by authorised partners) as part of its general marketing and client acquisition initiatives, which may include (without limitation) influencer, affiliate, referral, partnership, or other authorised promotional campaigns. The code is created manually on the backend by our Developers (or authorised systems).
Standard Referral Program: a promotional marketing initiative implemented by Cusp Wealth that incentivises the use and sharing of the App by providing bonuses to Referrers who recommend the App within their personal networks. Under this program, both the Referrer and the Invitee are eligible to receive bonus stocks of variable value, subject to the Invitee completing a Qualifying Trade and compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Boosted Referral Program: the temporary promotional programme under which selected eligible Referrers may receive an additional stock reward in addition to the Referral Reward otherwise payable under the Standard Referral Programme, subject to the applicable eligibility criteria and Campaign Period.
Standard Referral Reward: a Bonus Stock credited to a Referrer upon the Invitee's successful registration and completion of a Qualifying Trade via the App, in accordance with these Terms, excluding any additional reward payable under the Eligibility and Additional Reward Structure clause below, which is governed separately.
Boosted Referral Reward: the additional stock reward payable to an eligible Referrer under the Boosted Referral Program.
Referrer: an existing User who recommends the use of the App to individuals within their network by providing a designated Promo Code.
Invitee: an individual who is not an existing User of the App, who receives a Promo Code, referral link, or QR code from a Referrer, and who registers as a new User of the App using one of those official mechanisms.
Campaign Period: the period commencing on 24 September 2026 and ending on 8 October 2026, both dates inclusive.
Qualifying Trade: the successful completion of your first-ever buying order of a relevant trade asset, such as stocks, using the Cusp Wealth App. Cancelled or rejected orders do not qualify.
Bonus Stock: a promotional reward credited to your account in the form of a fractional share of stock (non-withdrawable as cash), with a nominal value determined solely at Cusp Wealth’s discretion.
Tailored Portfolio: the pre-configured investment portfolio we create with your consent after studying your financial objectives and risk profile.
Eligibility and Process
Promo Codes form part of Cusp Wealth’s general marketing and client acquisition initiatives. These may be promoted through various channels, including (but not limited to) influencers, bloggers, affiliates, referral partners, digital campaigns, or other authorised marketing methods, in full compliance with applicable DFSA rules on financial promotions and inducements.
Participation in the Promo Code programme is strictly subject to you satisfying the eligibility criteria set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Cusp Wealth, including (without limitation) client classification requirements under DFSA rules, applicable restrictions on inducements or promotional offers, and any other conditions Cusp Wealth may impose from time to time.
The Promo Code may be used only by new clients who are registering on the Cusp Wealth App for the first time.
Each client is entitled to use only one Promo Code per account.
Promo Codes cannot be combined with any other offers or bonuses provided by Cusp Wealth.
Referrers shall be subjected to additional requirements that must be satisfied before a Promo Code becomes available for their use.
Referrers eligibility to participate in the Standard Referral Program as a Referrer is subject to Cusp Wealth’s discretion and shall only be extended to Users who have demonstrated sufficient familiarity with the App. Such familiarity requires, at a minimum, the completion of the registration process, satisfaction of all Know Your Customer (KYC) verification requirements, the making of deposits, and the execution of multiple trades via the App.
Eligibility to participate in the Boosted Referral Program is subject to Cusp Wealth’s discretion and shall be limited to selected existing Users who have funded a cumulative lifetime total of USD 200 or more into their Cusp Wealth account, subject to satisfaction of the KYC requirements set out above and the other applicable requirements under these Terms
The Boosted Referral Program operates in addition to, and does not replace, the Standard Referral Program. An eligible Referrer may receive the applicable Standard Referral Reward and, where the applicable Boosted Referral Program conditions are satisfied, an additional Boosted Referral Reward.
This is up to Cusp Wealth’s discretion on the determination that the User has adequately familiarised themselves with the App and its features.
Access to the Standard Referral Program and Boosted Referral Program may be provided via notifications, including but not limited to banners on the User's dashboard, the Rewards section within their Profile, email communications, push notifications, or in-App messages.
Upon the crediting of any reward under the Standard Referral Program, or Booster Referral Program, Cusp Wealth shall send the Referrer or the Invitee an email confirming the reward, specifying the amount credited and the corresponding referral to which it relates.
To qualify as a valid referral under the Program, a Referrer must utilize only the following official mechanisms: (i) sharing the unique Promo Code; (ii) sharing the referral link, which directs the Invitee to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store for App download; or (iii) sharing the QR code, each as made available in the Rewards section of the Referral Program.
No rewards shall be granted for referrals effected through any other means. Bonuses under the Program shall be credited solely upon the Invitee's successful registration via one of the foregoing official mechanisms.
Each Referrer shall make up to Twenty (20) successful referrals in each calendar month. Once the applicable monthly limit is reached, the Referrer’s referral code will be unavailable for further new referrals until the following calendar month.
For each referral, the Invitee must complete all applicable requirements, including redemption of the Promo Code, within forty-five (45) days from the date of referral.
Upon expiration of this timeframe, the referral shall lapse, and no rewards shall be granted in respect thereof.
To redeem a Promo Code, you must:
Download the Cusp Wealth App from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store (available in the UAE).
Complete the registration process, including creating an account and completing all Know Your Customer (KYC) verification requirements.
Before placing your first trade, enter the Promo Code in the designated “Promo Code” field within the Rewards section in the App.
Make any required first deposit of minimum USD 50 and submit your first trade order.
The Bonus Stock entitlement shall only be confirmed only if the Invitee has deposited 50 USD or more and subsequently completed their Qualifying Trade
The Standard Referral Reward available under the Standard Referral Program shall be determined by reference to the Invitee’s first deposit. Subject to the Invitee satisfying the applicable eligibility requirements under these Terms, the Referrer and the Invitee shall each be entitled to the corresponding standard stock reward set out below. The applicable reward shall be determined based on the amount of the Invitee’s first deposit:

The Standard Referral Reward is separate from any additional Boosted Referral Reward that may be available to an eligible Referrer under the Boosted Referral Programme.
Once you successfully complete your first trade, the bonus will be unlocked. You will then be able to select a stock from the available options to which the Bonus Stock will be applied.
You can only pick one Bonus Stock out of the available selection for the total amount of bonus received, save that, in respect of any Booster Referral Reward earned under the Eligibility and Booster Referral Reward Structure clause, a separate stock selection shall apply to the aggregate additional reward earned, confirmed following the weekly calculation referred to in that clause.
If your first trade order is cancelled or rejected, no Bonus Stock will be awarded, and you will need to complete a new successful first trade to qualify.
It must be noted that once the Bonus Stock enters processing, it may take up to three (3) business days to be completed.
The Promo Code itself does not expire, and the Bonus Stock will remain available on your account until you successfully complete a qualifying first trade. However, Cusp Wealth reserves the right to deactivate any Promo Code or the entire campaign at any time, without prior notice.
The value of the Bonus Stock to be allocated is determined solely at Cusp Wealth’s discretion and may vary depending on the specific campaign or partnership. The nominal value is not guaranteed to be any particular sum. Once credited, the Bonus Stock is immediately subject to market risk and may fluctuate in value (including declining to zero). Cusp Wealth makes no representation as to the future performance or liquidity of any stock selected for the Bonus Stock.
The Bonus Stock is a promotional reward and is strictly non-withdrawable as cash. It is credited exclusively as a fractional share of stock in your Cusp Wealth portfolio and forms part of your overall account holdings. For the avoidance of doubt:
(a) You may not request or effect a cash withdrawal, redemption, or transfer out of the Bonus Stock itself during the applicable lock-in period which is forty-five (45) calendar days for Bonus Stock obtained from Referral Program; and
(b) In the event of any full or partial withdrawal of funds, closure of your account, or transfer of your portfolio (or any material portion thereof) to another platform or custodian, Cusp Wealth reserves the absolute right to claw back, cancel, or reverse the Bonus Stock by debiting and removing it (or its equivalent value at the prevailing market price) from your account prior to processing the withdrawal, closure, or transfer. Any such clawback shall be effected without prior notice where operationally necessary, and you shall have no claim against Cusp Wealth in respect of the removed Bonus Stock.
Cusp Wealth reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel the provision of any bonus or promotional benefit if you do not meet, or cease to meet, the applicable eligibility criteria.
You are solely responsible for the payment of any taxes, duties, or other administrative or governmental charges that may arise in connection with the receipt, holding, or disposal of the Bonus Stock. Cusp Wealth shall not be liable for any tax consequences resulting from your participation in the Promo Code programme.
For the avoidance of doubt, the offering of any Promo Code or Bonus Stock does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, or a determination that any investment (including the Bonus Stock) is suitable for you. You remain solely responsible for assessing the suitability and appropriateness of any investment in light of your own financial situation, risk tolerance, and objectives.
Eligibility and Boosted Referral Reward Structure
The eligibility to participate in the Boosted Referral Program is limited to such Referrals as Cusp Wealth may select at its sole discretion, based on internal eligibility criteria determined by Cusp Wealth from time to time. Selected Referrers shall be notified directly of their eligibility through Cusp Wealth's usual communication channels.
In addition to the conditions set out below, an eligible Referrer shall only qualify for the Boosted Referral Reward where the Referrer has also completed the required investment or trade on or before 8 October 2026, in accordance with the applicable Boosted Referral Programme conditions.
The progressive reward structure set out below shall apply only where the relevant Invitee:
(a) joins CUSP through the Referrer's referral link or code;
(b) deposits at least USD 50; and
(c) completes at least one Qualifying Trade, in each case on or before 8 October 2026, within the period commencing 24 September 2026 and ending 8 October 2026 i.e., the Campaign Period.
In addition to the Standard Referral Reward, the Referrer is otherwise entitled to receive, and subject to the eligibility criteria set out above, a Referrer shall be entitled to Boosted Referral Rewards, progressive and cumulative, calculated by reference to the number of qualifying referrals completed within the Campaign Period, as follows
USD 100 for the first successful referral;
USD 150 for the second;
USD 200 for the third;
USD 250 for the fourth; and
USD 300 for the fifth, up to a maximum aggregate reward of USD 1,000 across all referrals made by a single Referrer.
Where an Invitee completes the minimum first deposit and the Qualifying Trade after the Campaign Period has ended, but otherwise within the 45-day referral window set out above, the Referrer shall remain entitled to receive the standard Referral Reward applicable under these Terms, but shall not be entitled to the progressive reward set out in sub-clauses 3.3.
It is important to note that the Referrals undertaking the Qualifying Trade after the Campaign Period shall not qualify for the Boosted Referral Reward. However expiry of the Boosted Referral Programme on 8 October 2026 does not affect the continued operation of the Standard Referral Program.
For the avoidance of doubt: (a) each successive referral's reward is additional to, and not in substitution for, rewards earned from prior successful referrals (for example, a Referrer who successfully refers two Invitees shall receive USD 100 for the first and USD 150 for the second, being an aggregate of USD 250); and (b) the Invitee shall not be entitled to any additional reward under this clause, and shall only receive the standard Bonus Stock entitlement applicable under this Agreement.
Usage Restrictions
The promotional reward is limited to one (1) redemption per new User and is linked to the User’s registered User ID and applicable campaign.
The Promo Code can only be applied before the user’s first trade is completed. It cannot be used after the first trade has been executed.
The Bonus Stock is non-withdrawable as cash; it is credited exclusively as a fractional share in your portfolio.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms or the applicable campaign terms, Promo Codes cannot be combined with, or used in conjunction with, any other offers or Bonus Stocks. For the avoidance of doubt, the Boosted Referral Reward is expressly intended to be additional to the Standard Referral Reward.
The Bonus Stock applies only to the first Qualifying Trade and excludes investments made through a Tailored Portfolio or any subsequent trades.
Modifications, Disqualifications and Reversal
Cusp Wealth reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend, suspend, terminate, or deactivate any Promo Code, campaign, or the entire program (including Bonus Stock values or availability) at any time without prior notice.
Cusp Wealth may disqualify any Client suspected of fraudulent activity, abuse, or breach of these Terms, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, misrepresenting identity, or submitting false documentation. In such cases, we reserve the right to:
Suspend or delete the User’s account;
Revoke or reclaim any promotional Bonus Stock credited (via a clawback process by debiting the account);
Take any necessary action in accordance with applicable laws.
Shariah Compliance
All stocks offered as Bonus Stock (and generally available on the platform) are Shariah-compliant for ethically-minded investors. Screening is performed using Zoya Finance’s API, which is Fatwa-certified by Amanie Advisors Shariah Supervisory Board. Shariah compliance certification does not constitute investment advice or guarantee returns.
Risk Warning
Investments involve risk. The value of your investment (including any Bonus Stock) may go down as well as up due to market fluctuations, and you may not get back the full amount you originally invested (or any amount). Past performance is not indicative of future results. The Promo Code usage and Bonus Stock do not guarantee returns or protect against losses You acknowledge and accept these risks in full. Seek independent financial advice if unsure.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
Cusp Wealth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or losses arising from participation in the Promo Code program. The program is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
Without limiting the foregoing, Cusp Wealth shall have no liability for any User’s application of a Promo Code to a trade or asset order that the User did not intend to execute, or for any delays in Bonus Stock processing (up to 3 business days).
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any statutory or regulatory rights to which a User may be entitled under applicable law.

Neither party shall be deemed in breach of these Terms for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Without limiting the foregoing, Cusp Wealth shall have no liability whatsoever for any loss or diminution in value of the Bonus Stock after it has been credited to your account.
Acceptance and Binding Effect
Your use of any Promo Code constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. By redeeming or attempting to redeem a Promo Code, you confirm that:
a) you have read, fully understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms;
b) you meet all eligibility criteria stated in the General Terms and Conditions of Cusp Wealth;
c) you acknowledge and accept that you are subject in all respects to the General Terms and Conditions of Cusp Wealth; and
d) in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Promo Code Terms and the General Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
e) you have read, understood, and expressly acknowledge the Risk Warning in Section 6 above and accept that investing (including in the Bonus Stock) carries the risk of loss of capital; and
f) these Terms do not constitute investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an assessment of suitability, and you have made your own independent decision to participate and invest.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and, where applicable, the regulations and rules issued by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA). Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the DIFC.
By using the Promo Code, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and that you have had the opportunity to seek independent legal and financial advice before accepting these Terms.
