C1 Fund, Inc. is a closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to maximize its portfolio's total return. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective principally by investing in equity and equity-linked securities of digital asset services and technology companies. The Fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in equity and equity-linked securities issued by the C1 Thirty companies. The Fund intends to achieve its investment objective by investing in a portfolio of up to 30 of the C1 Thirty companies. The Fund's investment adviser is C1 Advisors LLC.
