Frequency Electronics, Inc. engages in the design, development, and manufacture of precision time and frequency generation technology. The FEI-NY segment provides precision time, frequency generation and synchronization products and subsystems that are found on-board satellites, in ground-based communication systems and imbedded in mobile platforms operated by the United States military. FEI-Zyfer segments operate out of California, and its products incorporate Global Positioning System (GPS) technologies into systems and subsystems for secure communications, both government and commercial, and other locator applications. This segment also provides sales and support for the Company's wireline telecommunications family of products, including US5G, which are sold in the United States market.
