These Terms and Conditions for Eid Promo Campaign (the "Terms") govern the provision of services by Cusp Wealth Ltd ("Cusp Wealth", "we", "us", "our") to you ("you", "your", "User", "Client"). The Terms define the core aspects of our promotional system, including, but not limited to, your eligibility and its availability.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement (the "Agreement") between you and Cusp Wealth, governed by the laws of the DIFC, and must be read in conjunction with the App Terms and Conditions. Your use of Cusp Wealth services signifies your acceptance of these Terms.
This Agreement constitutes a client agreement for the DFSA. It comes into effect when you use the Promo Code to invest in the Cusp Wealth App, or when you receive a bonus stock of a variable value for recommending the Cusp Wealth App to interested new Clients in your network through our Referral Program. Collectively referred to as the Terms and Conditions for Promo Code use.
Cusp Wealth is providing a reduced Personalised Portfolio (or "Portfolios") advisory fee of 0.25% ("discounted fee") on the assets that a Client has invested during the Campaign Period in their desired portfolio. This discounted fee shall apply to investments made in the Personalised Portfolio during the Campaign Period only, and these investments shall enjoy the discounted fee for 1 year, in case the first tailored portfolio investment was made during Eid. In addition to this discounted fee, there are other supporting offers such as three complimentary sessions with a financial advisor for 1 year, and the 1% deposit bonus into your portfolio from your first invested amount.
This marketing campaign is time-limited, is subject to the following eligibility criteria and process ("Terms"), and must be read in conjunction with the App Terms and Conditions.
This document may be made available in several languages; all versions are legally binding, but in the event of inconsistency between the English version and a translated version, the English version prevails.
This campaign is available to all Cusp Wealth Clients who complete their initial registration on the Cusp Wealth App. The discount only applies to new investments made within the Personalised Portfolio feature during the marketing campaign period.
For the purposes of this campaign, this offer is available to, and shall apply in respect of, any newly onboarded Client that have completed their initial registration on the App and also any existing Client who registered on the App prior to the start of the Campaign Period (being 20 May 2026).
Eligibility is further subject in all respects to the Client satisfying each of the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms (including, without limitation, successful completion of the full registration process, passing all required Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering verification checks, making qualifying deposits, and first utilising the Personalised Portfolio feature, in each case within the Campaign Period) and to all applicable provisions of the Cusp Wealth App Terms and Conditions (including those relating to client onboarding, verification, and general eligibility for services).
Cusp Wealth reserves the absolute right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion (subject always to compliance with applicable DFSA Rules and Regulations), whether a Client qualifies and meets all eligibility requirements for this campaign. Any decision made by Cusp Wealth in this regard shall be final and binding.
Clients may only redeem this benefit if they make new deposits towards the Personalised Portfolio feature within the dates of 20th May 2026 to 20th August 2026 ("Campaign Period").
In accordance with DFSA COB Rules and as set out in the Cusp Wealth App Terms and Conditions, Cusp Wealth will classify and treat you as a Retail Client by default unless and until you qualify for and elect (where permitted) a different classification.
In the event that a Client is or becomes classified as a Professional Client or Market Counterparty (whether before, during, or after the Campaign Period), this discounted fee offer shall not apply, and the standard portfolio advisory fee of 0.75% shall prevail in accordance with Cusp Wealth's then-current Fee Schedule.
For all Clients participating in this campaign (who are Retail Clients):
Cusp Wealth reserves the right, in its sole discretion (subject always to compliance with DFSA Rules), to verify or re-assess a Client's classification at any time. If a Client is found not to qualify as a Retail Client for the purposes of this campaign, Cusp Wealth may, without liability, withdraw the discounted fee benefit and apply the standard fee either prospectively or retrospectively as appropriate. Any retrospective application will be subject to prior written notice to the Client (except in cases of fraud or material misrepresentation) and will be effected in a fair and proportionate manner in accordance with applicable DFSA Rules on client treatment.
Once Users have activated the discounted portfolio advisory fee within the Campaign Period, such discounted fee shall apply to any investments made into the Personalised Portfolio during the Campaign Period, for a period of one (1) year commencing from the date of activation of the discount.
Any deposits or investments made into the Personalised Portfolio following the expiry of the Campaign Period shall be subject to Cusp Wealth's standard portfolio advisory fees in effect at the relevant time. In addition, upon the expiry of the aforementioned one (1) year period, the discounted advisory fee applicable to all investments and deposits made during the Campaign Period shall automatically revert to the standard portfolio advisory fees applicable under Cusp Wealth's prevailing fee schedule, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by Cusp Wealth.
This discounted fee is a time-limited promotional offer provided solely by Cusp Wealth and does not constitute an inducement, commission, rebate, or other benefit received from or provided to any third party in breach of COB Rule 3.5. The discount does not influence or impair the impartiality of any investment advice, portfolio recommendations, or management decisions provided to Clients.
The discounted fee is not contingent on portfolio performance, trading volume, or any other activity that could incentivise excessive risk-taking or unsuitable recommendations.
Investments in Personalised Portfolios involve risk, including the potential loss of principal. The discounted advisory fee reduces costs but does not reduce investment risks or guarantee any returns.
Clients can also avail the additional 3 complimentary call sessions with a financial advisor that will be valid for use within the next 365 days from the date of activation of the offer.
The 1% deposit Bonus (the "Bonus") on investments made under Personalised Portfolios is available to Clients on the Cusp Wealth App who has made their first-ever investment within the Personalised Portfolio (the "Eligible Investment").
Clients may deposit directly to their Cusp Wealth account in the App using the deposit methods available, which may change from time to time, including the following, but not limited to, Apple Pay, credit cards, local bank transfer or through a cash wire transfer to their account. As long as the deposit is properly allocated through the Personalised Portfolio section, the Bonus will apply.
There is a $25 minimum deposit amount; the Bonus is calculated as the lower of 1% of the Eligible Investment amount or USD 500.
The Bonus will be automatically calculated and credited in real-time after a successful deposit to the value of the Client's Personalised Portfolio, upon confirmation and execution of the Eligible Investment via the Regulated Third Party. The Bonus forms part of the overall portfolio value and is not provided as separate withdrawable cash. There is no lock-in period, but the Bonus is subject to the same investment risks as the underlying portfolio.
Any and all investments made into the Personalised Portfolios that are after the campaign period, i.e., 20th August 2026, will be charged at the original portfolio advisory fee for the Portfolios of 0.75% as per Cusp Wealth's current Fee Schedule (last updated January 2026).
Users who utilised and made investments in their Personalised Portfolios within the campaign period, according to the Terms stated herein, shall enjoy the discounted fee for the duration of the campaign stated above, the completion of which shall return their Personalised Portfolios to the original portfolio advisory fee.

Clients are solely responsible for any tax implications arising from the platform usage or this discounted fee. Cusp Wealth does not provide tax advice.
Neither party shall be deemed in breach of these Terms, nor liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms, where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Cusp Wealth reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign, including but not limited to its terms, discounted rates, or availability (for example, by imposing time limitations), at any time without prior notice, in accordance with Clause 1.6 of the General Terms and Conditions (accessible via the Cusp Wealth App or Cusp Wealth website). Users are advised to review these Terms and the General Terms and Conditions periodically for updates.
Cusp Wealth may disqualify any Client suspected of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to creating/splitting multiple accounts, misrepresenting identity, or submitting false documentation (as per Clause 5.3 AML/CTF requirements of the main Terms and Conditions). In cases of suspected or confirmed fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms, Cusp Wealth reserves the right to suspend or delete the User's account, revoke or reclaim any amounts credited (whether before or after the fraudulent incident), and take necessary action in accordance with applicable laws. Cusp Wealth may recover any such amounts through a clawback process by debiting the User's account.
Investments involve risk. The value of your investment (including those made through the Personalised Portfolios) may go down as well as up due to market fluctuations, and you may not get back the full amount you originally invested (or any amount). Past performance is not indicative of future results. Using the Personalised Portfolios does not guarantee returns or protect against losses. Seek independent financial advice if unsure (see Clause 1.4 of the main Terms and Conditions).
Cusp Wealth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or losses arising from the use of the Personalised Portfolio feature. The discounted portfolio advisory fees for the Portfolios are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties of any kind, and Cusp Wealth makes no representations or guarantees that it will meet any specific requirements or expectations of Users.
Without limiting the foregoing, Cusp Wealth shall have no liability for any User's application of a trade or asset order that the User did not intend to execute via the Personalised Portfolios.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any statutory or regulatory rights to which a User may be entitled under applicable law.
Participation in the campaign shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), the regulations of the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), and the provisions of Cusp Wealth's General Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to Clauses 4.2 to 4.4 (Third-Party Partners) therein, as well as the terms set forth in this document.
No delay or omission by either party in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms or applicable law shall constitute a waiver of such right or remedy, nor shall it impair or affect the right of such party to enforce such right or remedy at any time thereafter. A single or partial exercise of any right or remedy shall not preclude or restrict the further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or remedy.
The terms outlined in this Term are subject to the terms and conditions governing the use of the Cusp Wealth Platform. Users are advised to review the Terms and Conditions for comprehensive details regarding payment terms, billing cycles, fee adjustments, refund policies, and any other provisions applicable to financial transactions on the Platform. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between this Fees Schedule and the Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
These Terms form an integral part of the Cusp Wealth Platform's Terms and Conditions and shall be governed by the governing law as specified in the Terms and Conditions.
