Brazil Potash Corp. is a mineral exploration and development company. The firm has a potash mining project (which is referred to as the Autazes Project) located in the state of Amazonas, Brazil. The Mineral Resources on the property on which the Autazes Project is situated are in an area encompassing approximately 98 square miles located in the Amazon potash basin near the city of Autazes in the eastern portion of the state of Amazonas, Brazil, within the Central Amazon Basin, between the Amazon River and the Madeira River, approximately 75 miles southeast of the city of Manaus, northern Brazil. The firm holds all the mineral rights for the Autazes Project through its wholly-owned local subsidiary in Brazil, Potassio do Brasil Ltda. The company has the rights to access over 24 rural properties, consisting of a total area of approximately 5.4 square miles.
